Useful iphone Apps Recommendation

I want to recommend some apps which I am using now and turn out to be very helpful for me to enable me finish my daily work.

1. The first one I want recommend is "Todoist"

This is a very simple and clean design app, which means it's very easy to learn for us. We can manage the unlimited tasks and sub-tasks for today as well as the next 7 days.  When we edit the task, we can choose the projects, dates, and the most important is that we can edit the Priority of each tasks in projects. And you don't have to concern the internet problems because it allows you to access your tasks offline.

It's really simple to use and a good tool for us to manage our daily job in order.

2. The second app I want to recommend is "SimpleMind+"

This app is a really useful "mind-mapping" app to visually outline our information or thoughts instantly. Sometimes our thoughts just come out without no preparation, so this app is an excellent tool help us to record them just like a spider diagram. We can use it either in lectures or meetings, because a single work or text sometimes means a lot to us.

I have tried many mind mapping tools, most of them are free, this one owns the most powerful cost performance because it's free and   really easy to use.

3. The third one I want to recommend is "Meetup"

Actually it's not the app itself I want to recommend, but the Meetup website I want to recommend, really great website for participating in local groups and meet new people!

My company focus on the app piracy so I use meetup to participate in many app development groups, such as the iOS and Android groups to discuss with these people and knew what they think on app piracy issues. It's really a simple way to make yourself get to know people fast, share and learn something useful from other people who maybe concern the same issues as you do.

4. The fourth app I want to recommend is "myMail"

Honestly to say that I really love this app for an alternative for my iphone. I really don't like the Mail in iphone, because it even cannot push you the new mails instantly! But myMail can, with great design and features!

Unlike many other third party mail apps, myMail is not limited to a particular mail service as it supports Gmail, Yahoo!, Outlook, AOL, iCloud and more. The simple to use design and navigation make using it a delight.

Some of its best features include push notifications, separate inboxes and access to folders, smart search with filters and support to search phrases within the messages and more. One particular feature that caught my eye was the ‘quite time’ feature that allows users turn the push notifications off at their preferred timing.

5. The next I want to recommend is actually not a app, but a tool for project management---"KanbanFlow"

k k2

KanbanFlow is a great tool for project management, allowing real-time collaboration between team members. You can see your current tasks situation as well as the team members' task situation. It's visible for all the team members, so if you add, delete or move a task on your screen, the same action happens instantly for the rest of the team members on their screens. You can also track your time and set your time on your tasks, which will make yourself much more productive.
